Wave Bar & Lounge – Terms of Use
Welcome to Wave Bar & Lounge (“Wave,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our venue, website, services, events, promotions, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our location or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on our premises, in compliance with Ohio law.
Valid government-issued identification is required for entry and service of alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who cannot provide valid ID or who is visibly intoxicated.
2. Responsible Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other patrons.
Disorderly, aggressive, or illegal behavior (including but not limited to underage drinking, drug use, harassment, or violence) will result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Wave Bar & Lounge is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
3. Reservations, Events & Promotions
Event reservations, VIP tables, and private bookings may require deposits or prepayment. All sales and deposits are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Promotional offers and free entry events may be subject to change without notice.
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you notify management in writing prior to entry.
4. Payment Terms
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
Returned payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, and you agree to reimburse us for associated costs, including attorney’s fees.
5. Health & Safety
Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is only permitted in designated areas, in compliance with Ohio’s Smoke-Free Workplace Law (Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794).
Guests must comply with all posted safety rules and instructions from staff.
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, guests must follow safety protocols and cooperate with staff.
6. Intellectual Property
All content related to Wave Bar & Lounge — including logos, event flyers, promotional materials, menus, and digital content — is our intellectual property and may not be used without prior written permission.
7. Website & Online Services
When using our website or social media pages, you agree not to engage in unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities.
Online reservations, ticketing, or promotional sign-ups are subject to these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Wave Bar & Lounge is not liable for damages resulting from your participation in our Services, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or financial loss, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wave Bar & Lounge, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your actions, misconduct, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted at our venue and/or on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
